Badgers Sett Holiday Cottages are located on the very edge of Bodmin Moor in the River Fowey Valley, within easy reach of both the A38 and A30, making us a fantastic base to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer.

The Local Area

We are surrounded by stunning countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which has a Dark Sky accreditation, providing the very best of both worlds for our guests to enjoy during their stay. The award winning village of nearby St Neot is a short drive away (or walk on a sunny day) & has a vibrant family & dog friendly pub, The London Inn, serving tasty food (fantastic Sunday Roasts) with cosy wood burning stoves for those chillier days, & friendly staff who provide a great Cornish welcome! There is also a village shop, which stocks everything you could possibly need & more during your stay, plus homemade cakes & pasties …

The local town of Liskeard is a short drive away with a wide range of shops including both Morrisons and Aldi supermarkets, a main line railway station, plus a variety of pubs, cafés & restaurants. Bodmin, Wadebridge & Looe are all easily accessed by car, with a selection of both independent & larger stores. Wadebridge providing easy access to North Coast Beaches & Looe easy access to beaches on the South Coast.
